Updated 4 October 2026. CorpFlip is a static website with a local-first workspace. It does not have user accounts, a business-data backend or a document upload service.
Where your entries live
Business profiles, amounts, draft answers, source references and other entries are saved in localStorage on this browser and website address. The application does not send these entries to CorpFlip or a third party. They are not encrypted within browser storage. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read them.
Browser storage can be cleared, blocked or become unavailable. Private browsing may discard it when the session closes. It does not sync between devices. The Cloudflare preview address and corpflip.com have separate storage: export a JSON backup and restore it on the address you want to use.
What the hosting provider receives
Cloudflare serves public HTML, scripts, fonts and generated photographs. Like other web hosts, it receives connection and request metadata, including IP address and requested page. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. No ad-serving scripts, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or payment services are included in this version. The country explorer downloads a fixed public World Bank snapshot from this website. Country searches and filters run locally; the query text is not transmitted.
Cookies and functional storage
The CorpFlip application does not create advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser localStorage to retain the workspace and separate calculator scenarios you choose to save. There is no tracking identifier or cross-device profile. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the website; its privacy policy explains its own handling of connection and security information.
Documents, references and exports
The evidence index stores text you enter, not the documents themselves. CorpFlip does not fetch a document location or check its permissions. Do not enter passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal information. The backup chooser reads a JSON file locally for validation; it does not upload it.
Downloaded CSV, JSON and printed records contain your entries and are unencrypted. Store and share them with care. Your own storage provider, recipient and device settings determine their access after export.
Control and deletion
Use Export & backup to retain a copy, restore a backup or remove a business. Financial calculator scenarios are saved separately on this browser and have their own JSON downloads and Clear this scenario control; the workspace backup does not include those separate scenarios. To remove all CorpFlip browser data, use your browser’s site-data controls. Deleting local data does not delete copies you previously downloaded. CorpFlip cannot recover a lost backup.
Advertising
No advertisements or Google advertising scripts run in this release. Site ownership metadata and an authorised-seller record are published for AdSense verification; those static records do not run scripts, set cookies or transmit your business entries. If advertising is introduced, this page will identify the providers, information they receive and available privacy choices before activation. Ads will be kept out of business workspaces and exported records.

No hidden measurements
